Think of me as your personal coach.

I began my career in Emergency Services in 1997 as a Search and Rescue Specialist in the US Coast Guard. Here is where I began to learn the lessons of crisis management and tactical response that I use and teach today. I became a Paramedic in 2003 and a Flight Paramedic in 2010. I’ve worked for private, county, and city EMS services. I’ve worked in Urban and Rural EMS from the Midwest to the Rocky Mountains. I’ve worked as a Fire/Medic, Ground CCT Medic, and a Flight Medic on both fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft. I’ve even done some Mountain SAR and Wildland Firefighting too.

Despite all this frontline work, the thing I’ve learned to love the most is collaborating with, and learning from, other experts from across the entire spectrum of the industry including EMS, Military, Cognitive Psychologist, Neuro Physiologists, and more, and then sharing what I’ve learned with other EMS professionals from across the world.
